a) I _have_ stopped reading it, a long time ago, mid Fullbring Arc.
b) No I do not hate Bleach, I just severely disagree that the manga should have been continued from when Aizen was sealed...it was an amazing point to end the whole thing.
c) The writing's also gone down hill from what I remember and what I've heard, Bleach is a popular enough franchise that there really is no escaping it over the internet, so I do try to keep up with the events to stay relevant and give my own two cents when they are required.
d) Kubo started off very well, but over time his writing quality went down, whether it was due to Executive Meddling or personal issues, I don't know, what I do know however, is that his writing's dipped under my own standards for authors, thus I let him go.
e) Kubo is not the best, not even in his own category (shounen or supernatural manga): Eiichiro Oda (the mangaka for One Piece has epic record with his work), Oku Hiroya (dude behind Gantz? also epic), CLAMP (the ladies behind Tsubasa Chronicles and xxxHolic to name a few? Truly epic)
f) Everything that's been going on so far? It's been sounding more and more like a bad Super!Ichigo fanfic...I've read fanfics that were much better than Kubo's writing of late.
g) The direction he took the characters as well, especially during the Arrancar Arc left a very bad taste in my mouth, especially Inoue.
Now then, go back above and reread everything I wrote before replying in the midst of whatever indignant rage you must be feeling at the moment. If sounds like a reasonable person wrote it, I'd be happy to expand on all the points I've listed here. If it sounds like a fanboy calling stupid for my own decisions? Consider yourself ignored until you find some manners.

Just to let you know, the Strawhat Crew are the main characters of One Piece. Shanks is one of the Big Wigs of the setting, one of the Four Pirate Emperors (Yonkou). Kizaru is one of the three Admirals, again, one of the major players of the setting. One Piece is about the journey that Luffy and the Strawhats take to accomplish their dreams regardless of the obstacles in their way. It is a modern day Epic, much like the Ancient Greek tales of the Trojan War and Odysseus' ten year journey home.
The amazing thing about Oda's writing is that he has never, ever introduced an element or character in One Piece without it or them affecting the story in some way or another, not once has he forgotten about any of the characters that he has introduced, not once has he failed to give each character their own life before and after their meeting with the Strawhats. Every single character undergoes character development, every one of them contributes something to the Strawhats' journey, positive or negative. That's what makes him a great Mangaka, he tells a story, he doesn't just draw pretty pictures.
I will admit to wanting to see all the Captain's Bankai, not because they are mysteries...they are nothing of the sort, but only because I'm curious and I really dig the concepts behind every single shinigami's zanpakutou, so I want to see them fully realized. Mysteries are meant to be epic, world shaking things that irrevocably change everything in the setting...Bankai, though each one epic in its own way, just don't do that. An example of a proper mystery of the setting is, "Who is the King? How did he gain enough power to create Soul Society? Or did he create it in the first place? If the King exists on another Level from Existance, then why does he need the Zero Division? What are the requirements for joining the Zero Division anyways? It can't just be power..."
Bankai are curiosities, not mysteries.

and when arc comes and doesn't affect in the main story , i consider it as filler @@ and that is what one piece has been doing since 300 episodes

If you don't watch One Piece and you say that, then really you have no idea what you are talking about...let me break it down for you. Now I read the One Piece Manga, with tonnes and tonnes of chapters, it's pretty massive. However, every single arc has always done the following:
- Introduced a new facet of the One Piece world
- Showed just how much more there is left of the Strawhats Journey
- Showed how the previous Arcs have affected the setting
- Introduced and developed any number of secondary characters
There are no filler chapters in One Piece, as for the anime, yes there are, I won't dispute that, but so does Bleach...Filler Episodes are done so that the manga source will always stay ahead of the anime, and since I don't watch the anime, I can't comment on the quality of the fillers. I will admit that one Bleach filler, the Shatter Sword Arc (with the Zanpakutou Spirits) was pretty epic.
Kubo Tite himself has mentioned that the Bleach Manga still has a long way to go, one of the arcs apparently will have Captain Retsu Unohana actually fighting...now, I'm not sure if he meant the most recent Filler episodes of the Bleach anime, but the reason that I believe Bleach should have ended at Aizen's Defeat is quite simple. Author and setting decay was starting to set in, everything that was once interesting had lost its luster and the Author wasn't in any hurry to do something different, in other words, Bleach had become boring. The end of the final battle with Aizen was epic, seriously epic, ending it there would have given Bleach a wonderful high note to end it all.
All the best series, movies, games, comics, manga, and even books, not only know how to begin and keep up the pace they set for themselves, but they also know when to end.
Bleach didn't end where it should have, and I'm hoping that One Piece ends where it should.
