# About me
Lifelong comic book fan and dabbler in amateur comic art - both pencils and inks (inks are my stronger suit). I've been published as a penciler and/or inker in approximately ten small press comics from 1994 to 1997. Since then I've done a variety of pin-ups and commissions online and for family and friends. Earlier this year I designed the league logo for the Pasco County Derby Dollz, our county's first roller derby team. I'm currently working with another local artist on pin-up pieces to get back into the swing of completing full inks.# Comments

sorry muro isnt my favorite thing in the world but it will do to comunicate what i want to...Have her with a strong pose, lower GA's left arm with the bow and have the right reaching for an arrow, and have GL flying into the pic...just a sugestion

I haven't even TRIED muro so I give you credit for that! Pretty cool...I like the grabbing an arrow idea. This layout changes the scale of the piece; I'll likely have to redraw it on another piece of Bristol, portrait-style instead of landscape. I like having GL fly though...I'm going to have to look this over tomorrow. I'm not sure why, but I'm kinda stuck on having BC crouched a bit, like she's really leaning into the Cry she's about to deliver. Part of me wants to reposition her arms and hands to a more aggressive pose, bent at elbows, fists clenched, but I really like having her hold the guys back so she can do her thing.
Might be going back to the drawing board hard on this one! Thanks very much for the suggestions - I really appreciate it!

No problem. Glad I could help a bit even if it means deconstructing the image and reworking it. (sorry about that) Maybe having her bent forwards would work. I didnt even want to try to get that to work with muro...even with a drawing tablet its a pain in the arse!

Seems like you lean toward female characters, soooo...how about Dazzler? The old-school one on roller skates with a disco ball necklace? If that's too retro for you, how about Batgirl? Any version.
And if you're looking for a guy to draw, you can't go wrong with Dr. Strange

I was going to post pencils of Donna...but I couldnt wait and started to ink her. She is almost done. Ill finish her probably tomorrow. I wont have time tonight because Im going out for dinner with family.

I know how you feel. Sometime you get so stuck in a rut you cant see the bigger picture. Its good to take a break from a drawing so when you come back to it you can look at it and see where you were going wrong.
Id like to see some of your pencil work.
