Thanks, I was actually curious as to how people usually respond to art requests, I'm writing a story and I'm not the best artist to say the least so I was looking for someone to write my cover art for me. How do you think it would probably go if I asked someone assuming it's not against the rules and who would you recommend I ask?

I would suggest making a forum post for that, in the projects section. A lot of artists take requests (mostly when they're bored) so your chances of someone responding are good. If you want it really high class and professional it might be better to commission someone though.
