I changed my mind and decided to start with Germany.

I am getting samples without much trouble, but there's some problems that I need to work out.

China and Russia were my first. When you mess with your settings on Utagoe enough, you can get the absolute clearest samples from those two.

Since I couldn't find the English version of Utagoe, I guess I don't have that ability.

And I actually was meaning something else, sorry. 

It's just when you take the samples out, they are never the exact same pitch. So how do you adjust the samples so that all of them are the same pich?

You don't have to make them all the same pitch, UTAU detects the pitches and adapts to them. At least, I never had to adjust them. I don't adjust mine and they sound fine.

these are my settings. They should be the same, whether in English or Japanese, so you should be able to adjust them.
