Actually, could I ask you a question? I'm having severe difficulty in changing the settings in my group to allow my members to submit art. No matter how much I tweak and change the settings in Manage Members it just won't allow my members to submit work.
How did you do it when you set up the ability for your members to submit Art?

This is what I do:
1. There is a button on your group page 'Admin Area' or something like that. Click it, then you'll see a button that says'Manage members' to your left. Click it.
2. After that, you'll see a list of people, like Founder, Co-founders, Contributers...etc. Click on 'Members'.
3. Now, to your left, scroll down until you see "On gallery: Members:".
4. There is something like "Submissions to Featured" underneath it, right? You can either make it subject to vote, or automatically approved. (If you do that, other members can finally submit work into the featured folder!
5. After that, there is words higlighted in blue that says "Show all folders". Click that. Now you can tweak the other folders and allow or not allow them to submit!
6. Now repeat step 5. You can either make submissions subject to vote, or automatically approved.
TIP: (I would suggest, If you used subject to vote, make it one vote, so that you're the only one who can vote so that the submission is allowed.)
Hope that helped! You can also click the other ranks like 'any deviant' or 'blocked' and fix them up too!
