when you sign up to DA there is a Terms of Service Agreement.
in the Leagal contract it is Asked "are you over 13" you have to be above that age for Legal Reasons.

if too many people are under 13 the site can be shut down. [link]

I've had an account on here since I was 10. Never told anyone my age, just favorited commented and posted occasional doodles. If you're so concerned I'd suggest moving to a site like YouTube where there are thousands of underage users who are rude and misbehave.

i have read the journal, and so has my mum.
we both agree that although it is wrong, some childeren can be trusted. and no, she is not a layer for dA or COPPA (not that i know of)

I did not put in a fake birthday.

and have you tried looking on facebook? half of my school has a facebook and most of them are underage. but facebook has not been shutdown. and they all still have there accounts.
