She's a very sick person. She's got Borderline Personality Disorder and Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
I just feel like a ball of guilt sometimes.
She's so manipulative and draining, but it feels so wrong to ignore her.

It's good that you still feel something for you mother. Not all parents garner their children's respect or love.
Maybe try not to feel guilty at some point in your life. Perhaps you'll reach a point where you can be around her comfortably without any pressure from her "manipulative personality" (I quote that only because I don't know her and therefore have no place in commenting on her personality).
