Yeah, unfortunately it is the most popular pairing, even more popular than canon/het ones... It's prolly due to one of the characters who is a yaoi fangirl who blatantly ships them together in the series (=_=;; Not that I've got anything against Erika...I love her, really. Just not...Shizaya [/eye twitches] Because seriously, judging by their canon personalities/hostility against one another, it's just not possible.

I ship Izaya/Mikado and Masaomi/Mikado because it's actually quite possible/believable. Izaya's got this unhealthy obsession/interest towards Mikado...heck, he's actually STALKING him in canon. As for Masaomi...well, he's Mikado's closest friend since childhood, teases (and glomps) Mikado every chance he gets, and is very protective towards him
