I'm doing SO much better. Yesterday I had the tube removed once and for all. YAY FREEDOM!! La la la la

Also, I've been working at O'Reilly Auto Parts for about three months now. That's why I haven't been around much. Got my personalized work shirts this week too. :hooray:

I woke up this morning.. and the thermometer said 0°F. Now it's saying 5°F... and today's high is gonna be 15°F. So yeah, winter is pretty much here for us Iowans. Hope you're staying warm enough. Hug Hug Hug Hug Hug Hug Hug

Really? That's GREAT!!! I'm so happy everything went well and that you're free now! Does that mean you're able to eat, like, "regular" foods now or is it still only low fat and low sugar?

Yay! Having a job you enjoy just makes life so much better :D (Big Grin) Knowing your way around cars and car parts is a great skill to have.

Oh geez Dead (RIP) It hasn't gotten quite that cold here, and I hope it doesn't! I am staying warm, are you? I have about four blankets on my bed and a small heater in my room. I unplug the heater before I sleep for safety, so it sucks waking up to a freezing room some mornings :( (Sad)

But this afternoon I opened the bathroom window to get rid of the chemical smells while I was cleaning. I forgot to close it and now it is FREEZING in there and smells like a fireplace! XD

Yeah.. It took about a month and a half for my body to fully adjust to not having a gallbladder anymore and surprisingly I've kept off the lost weight. Plus I have a job with a fairly high level of activity and chew 2,000 mcg of B12 everyday- those are some delicious raspberry gummies, lemme tell ya.

I'm definitely staying warm. I have a thick, green polyester button-up shirt (my uniform shirt) over a black long sleeve t-shirt, my black beanie, carpenter jeans and snow boots when I'm on the clock. At home, the thermostat is locked in at 72 so it stays nice and toasty when I come home. Today it didn't get past 6 above zero, and right now it's -2 with a forecasted low of -5. Welcome to the frozen tundra.

Also... open windows + December = you've lost your damn mind, man.
