Well, you are very welcome, m'dear. I didn't expect a llama or a personal "thank you" on my profile. In fact, I should comment more often on the pictures I actually fave, like I meant to do a year before.
Anyway...
I'm probably not the first one to tell you something like that, but I felt that your artwork had something I could relate to. I know it's very open to interpretation, but what I thought was that the words carved on the girl's back (... I'm sorry if it's a boy or genderless : I may be assuming things) could represent how other people see her, and gradually but surely, those words just dig in deeper and deeper to the point where that person can't think of herself otherwise. Or maybe it's just a constant anxiety that grows out of control at the slightest of events. That's how I feel about it anyway.

But if I'm correct (and please, tell me if I'm wrong because maybe I'm confonding with somebody else), your username is Grinding Gears on YouTube. Not-really-fun-fact : Usually, I try my best to fave things that are more personal to some people. Like, instead of faving fanarts of stuff I like, I'll go look at some artists galleries and fave their OCs (preferably not related to an existing show) or original works and fave these instead. I already knew a very tiny bit of you because of that rant related to CobaltPie (I keep an eye on her progression but I never comment on stuff related to her because I don't wanna be a part of this argument... and I'm bad at arguing. but like you said, I appreciate that she is doing her best to change). You said you actually knew what it was to be constantly nagged about stuff you've done in the past and how destructive it can be. Well, to a less larger scale, I can understand the issue and I really hope you'll never give up on getting better.

Yes. I said all this stuff just for that itty bitty tiny bit of sentence that probably doesn't do much. But here goes : I think people like you that are willing to change deserve a second chance. I don't know who was "Kura" (past you ?), but I'm sure you're going on a fine road. Maybe one covered with doubts and such, but it mostly lead somewhere good.

(and if you're really not Grinding Gears or what I said is irrelevant, CONGRAT TO ME, I MADE A FOOL OF MYSELF ! Hahahaha !!)

Oh my gosh, this is MONTHS late.... I am SO SORRY! ;;n;; I suck so much..... |D Many apologies for that...

Anyway! Yes, I am Grinding Gears, and I'm horrible when it comes to responding to messages, aparently |D And as for the art... Initially it was supposed to be female, but, with the back turned, it could be interpreted as either or. The gender of the person really isn't the main purpose of the picture anyway ^^Still, I'm glad that you liked it, and I'm glad that you were able to relate to it in some way ^^

But, yeah, Ever since the issues from May and the summer occurred and passed, I'm getting a lot stronger and not being affected as much as I used to be to small and petty things. Not to mention that I've found someone that I love, and I'm finding out who I really am. After all, the only way to have a good relationship with someone is to know yourself first.

Anyway, again, I'm really sorry for the late reply, but thank you so much for your comment ^^ I always like reading extensive comments and/or when people can relate to my work and find enjoyment in it ^u^
