So can you model and animate yourself, or do you just use pre-made assets?

I can on both accounts, but I'm not very experienced. The backgrounds on all the images I have, except "[SFM] Blackjack",Β are modeled and put together from scratch(the clouds in the Crystal RBDash are modeled) ; and I did end up making my own pony model just for giggles, but I tired to make realistic eyes for it and it just ended up looking creepy.
