In all honesty I periodically come across someone who will say that she is op and needs a nerf, even for a year she spent with the nerfs she received shortly after release, I don't understand it

And yeah, her buff some months ago was the only buff she received ever received for a year since release, and even since that buff they haven't touched her for ANY sort of balancing or bug fixes, why do they keep ignoring her?
