Illustrative collage, uses text and photograph to form your image, stuff like that. It looks really nice and professional.

AMAZING detail, plus it's color - you like black and white, which is kinda your thing, but don't forget to add some color to your portfolio lol. Only thing, and it might be nit-picky, but one of her eyes is a little higher than the other. If you just scooted one to match the other, she'd look more balanced. : )

I'm not sure about the gray scratchy pattern over top of it, but digital illustration is good to have. : ) It's really poppy and shows a lot of emotion.

Variation. Plus, timed stuff is good, shows you can work well under pressure and execute a good concept without a lot of time.

Variation is good, blah blah, all that good stuff. The composition of this is nice, and the saturation of the colors is really nice and helps support the overall mood of the photo.

The fact that these were actually used is really important, shows you contributed in school and all that jazz. Aside from those brownie points, these are really well laid-out, and the bold graphics convey the theme really well.

I like a lot of your fashion ones, but none of them look entirely finished. Maybe if you composed several of them into a cohesive "project" so they count as one piece, they would look more complete? I dunno, I love all of your fashion drawings, but they all look really sketchy. Um, I would ask Mrs. Harman about rough-ish sketches in portfolios, I don't know if they're ok or not. >_< sorry.

I'm doin stuff for the yearbook, newspaper and personal 'clients' while trying to keep up with my own portfolio for portfolio days next week.
I have to deal with the stupidity of other people and their superiority complexes. I'm like: dude. I just wanna get my work done.

College is fine. Foundations is crazy, I'm constantly confused; but so is the rest of the class, for the most part. There are a definitely people with superiority complexes here too. It's getting pretty damn annoying. But whatever.
Right now we're having to make photographs using a scanner. I'm not sure what I'm going to do for it, or how to make it look artistic and fit to the criteria. I've got a couple days to think about it. :>

Is that kind of what Andi did for her last upload. Her and Adam were playing with a scanner and leaving the top up and putting their faces and hands on the lamp part while it was scanning. They did that with random objects too. It turned out some really interesting looking pics.
