Thank you!! The farther you go back into the cosplay gallery the older the costumes get. Katie(Holmes) Joined up with me in 2008 and out costumes have been nothing less than perfect since, she has an amazing eye for detail and doesn't strive for anything less than perfection lol. The paper art is my baby <3 I started them about 2 years ago and they have done very well for them selves I'm actually teaching Katie how to do them because we've gotten behind on orders for them because I was injured. Gundam Wing was one of my favorites as well! I love all the characters and it had a fantastic story as well It was one of my early animes but Sailor Moon was my first and will always be number one in my heart for it <3 But Gundam Wing is a very close second <3<3<3

She really does! the Sherlock and Watson costumes are definitely my favourite i think...but i'm slightly biased, i've loved the books for years and suddenly since the series and films came out its SO popular.
I love them! how long do they take? It looks like a lot of work with how intricate they look. I'm a painter and illustrator myself so i can appreciate the time and effort that goes into them ^U^
Yes Sailor Moon too! I watched it years ago alongside GW, they will always have a special place in my heart too <3 <3

oh god they took a while we had to do them in steps because of the detail work. We heavily altered suiets first because they were mens suits and we are very petite females me bing 4'10" and 120lbs and Katie being 5'3" and 120lbs and getting medium mens suites we had to take them in but still make them look right and fit right. It was a lot of trial and error but we finally got it! That was our first step and we went to the premeir like that with not detail work what so ever then Katie tackled her Holmes vest which again was a heavily altered vest it was not a manerin collared vest and it was originally red and black plaid and she hand painted it black then stenciled each flower design on by hand after failing at a stamp approach. I had a different vest which was alright for what we were looking for and a cane that would be alright. lol from their we adjusted a much better vest and great top coats and the last thing was the accessories. Katie made both the cane, the driving goggles, the electrical prod and painted my top hat brown. She also borrows my violin on occasions for shoots So over all it took us from just before the movie premier til about February to get our costumes perfect.
The 3-d art take about 4 hours per character made on average and every thing is hand cut paper. I can't paint so painting to me is impressive And I agree they hold a special place in my heart too <3<3 their my top two favorites followed very closely by Tsubasa and Trigun.

Wow! thats all i can say haha, seriously i'd never of guessed they'd been altered that much, im just so impressed without sounding to over the top XDD great job! I know the feeling when it comes to alterations, I've done James Moriarty from the film and getting his tuxedo shirt right was practically slavery and i'm still not happy with it. it started as a plane mans medium shirt so it was way to big for me, being 5'3" and 140 lbs max lol

They look like they'd take 4 hours, do you ship worldwide with them by any chance? because i might like to commission one in about a month or so, i'm due to move house and would to frame one. something like the hellboy one. I'm just starting out into the illustrating world but hopefully it'll produce some income in the future, i also dapple in photomanips for cosplay among other things, switching backgrounds so that the cosplay/costume/images looks like belonged there all along, its fun.
Yeah, they'll always remain there, even if i don't watch so much anime anymore...always mean to but never get round to catching up with things haha.

<3 We either do our costumes from scratch or do heavy altering so I definitely feel you on that. A tux shirt esspecially ouch!

I haven't shipped world wide at all yet but I don't see why I couldn't I'd just have to visit the post office to check prices to where ever you'd need it shipped If I can remember off the top of my head the hell boy one is $40 i believe that size is a 5x7 and usually range between $25-$50 depending on the detail they can go higher and lower too but 90% of that size tends to land in that price range. I'm also usually willing to work with people on price like if you give up some details i can lower it and all if necessary I try to work with people as much as possible!
The photo manipulation sounds awesome I had that done one with my rikku cosplay from ffx-2 It is a neat thing to do! i haven't checked out your gallery yet but i definitely will I think that it would be neat to see

That sounds good to me, i'm so glad you said yes. I'm always a little nervous buying from people online through commission but you seem really nice regardless and the size sounds good too though i might like it a little bigger, maybe 8x10ish, i just had a look at your commission section to get some reference.
Yeah its pretty fun to do, i love it! If you'd like something doing then feel free to ask, i don't charge for it, its just a bit of fun. you're welcome to look in my gallery if you'd like, there not much there as i've been on hiatus for my university work but Moriarty is there lol.

And no problem, I'm nervous about buying things outside the US as well so I don't blame you. 8x10 is the next step up from the 5x7 They heavily range in price I think th lowest price one I have done with an 8 x 10 was Lum and she was $45 But I've seen my 8 x 10's go as high as about $140 which I think is what My tardis cost(again I have them written down just not in front of me) and that one has a light in it. But as I've said before I do try and work with my customers as much as possible . Also I just wanted to let you know as of right this moment their is a wait on the 3-d art I have 3 paid ones that I am slowly getting through and a light box, and 3 unpaid 3-d art boxes so it is a lil bit of a wait.
Cool as soon as I get back from vacation I will be looking at your gallery! And thank you for the offer you are very generous I may take you up on the offer at some point!
