That she is.

(The Zoroark is one of the characters in JAS. Most of that series was about cliches, but it also had a running gag of characters getting in the way during fights and that turning out to be quite lethal. Most of the time the victim was a Shiny Ho-Oh with insta-rebirth powers, but occasionally you'd get a Zoroark or Lucario victim. As to where the Zoroark in this vid actually came from, he was standing offstage, and jumped at the Lucario while the Lucario and Gen were fighting.)
