Hey hon, saw this animator here on deviantART was looking for voice actors. Might be worth a look. Message him and see what it's about =]
Voice Actors WantedIf I rig all my characters, I could easily animate an hours worth of film with them. I would just have to get a job as a layout artist/storyboard artist to get faster/better quality in that department, then make that movie single-handedly. And I'm sure people will pitch in to help.Β
Then I'll study composing more, or hire Thomas B. to do the music.Β
Let me know if you want to audition for voices, I'm always testing voices, but I need committed actors who can take feedback andΒ hit deadlines.

Aww thank you! Β That's sweet. Β I'm actually learning how to color digitally. Β Nathanael is still the one drawing : ) Β I hope you don't mind just watching me learn how to color.
In answer to your questions:
The most exciting thing about coloring so far has been bringing life to the characters. Β I think a lot of personality is defined through color, not just line-art, even if the coloring is clichΓ© at times.
The most challenging thing would be shading. Β I haven't found a style of shading that I enjoy doing, I'm not as fast at shading as I could be, and sometimes I'm not even sure that I have the lighting right. Β

Ah, that's why the line art seems so familiar!Β
Lighting is what really makes a piece come to life.Β Have you tried saving a base and experimenting with different approaches (highlights and then shadows, shadows and then highlights, etc.)?Β I've learned that for me it is easier if I do highlights first and then shadows, and then pin-point highlights.Β Weird, huh?
