Oh don't worry, I think no one can say if they were born with that "gift" or not
I can assure you that I did all my improvement in so little time that even I was really surprised...
And you know what, looking through your gallery, what caught my eye was the fact that your drawings remind me a lot of how I drew some years ago I swear! ^^
With some little advices I bet you will improve in no time!

Oh that's a good thought LOL. Just recently I had the courage to publish anything, but then I thought that if I wanted to get better I needed to do that. Now that you mention it, it's funny because i do see some improvements myself. I use this site as a guideline www.mangatutorials.com it's really good, and it's been helping me alot specially on drawing the heads. I've seen other ways of doing of course but for me the way they show is easier . I really do appreciate your help honestly

When you don't have inspiration it's a good idea to look at some other pictures... you can find a lot on the web or on this site ^^ Seeing beautiful works makes you want to try and do great works as well ^_^

Well that actually depends on my mood. But what I really like is Manga style.

I do have to try the backgrounds, I find them quite hard to draw...

Tell me about it! I think doing background is the most difficult part, it always takes me ages to complete a drawing if I decided to do a background too xD But in the end you can really be proud because the background gives very much appeal to a picture ^^ And with time, you also learn to be faster and faster.

Well here on dA you can find a lot of interesting tutorials, I saved several of them and I use them to do some practice ^_^ You just need to type in the search "anatomy" and what you need in particular, check this for example --> [link]
