After some months drawing and derpin', me and my friends Kira and Hitomi decided to create an icon family, a baka trio.

I mainly draw manga and bishoujo art, through digital and tradicional means.

That image you mention was photoshopped by me, I simply put it over that background, it isn't a very decent montage, but it does the trick. I have the wallpaper in 1280x800 because I'm using it on my laptop, so it might not be very useful for you...

what tool did u use? i try using lasso or quick selection tool but i can't seem to separate reiuji properly especially the the hair part

Why don't you try selecting the white background? You could just use magic wand on that and with the selection tool you correct any mistakes the magic wand left behind. then you can invert the selection, or simply clip the background
