- Cartoonists Association of Romania is preparing a major exhibition EMINESCU.
- We invite you to participate in this cultural project.
For this you need to send the portrait or caricature of Mihai Eminescu ([link] )
- All drawings from [link] will be exhibited.
- It also will print a catalog of all drawings from exhibition. The catalogue will be send to all participants.
- Digital art must be 300 dpi resolution and size 21x30 cm or greater.
- It also send the photo and a brief biography. They will be printed on the album.

Also, I was curious about how you did the flame for the Green Flame Productions logo (did you somehow impregnate a match with the appropriate metal salt and film it, tint a piece of clip art or what).

I did all of this on photoshop and as a result took me a while. I only wish I could've used some copper salts and filmed it as the intial idea was to have a flame fall and then have a ring of flames like when a pool of ethanol is ignited grow to have the logo inside. Unfortunately I don't have a camera and a clip of that is really hard to find :/. I copied the first couple of frames from stock footage but then had to guess the rest. On the logo itself I used stock fire texture and overlayed it, changing opacity and having to merge, copy then unmerge, the texture up for each slide which was all quite time consuming. Photoshop isn't the greatest at animation but it has better detail. Overall I'm happy with the result and glad the first one didn't work out.
