Hello random person!! I'm going around and asking people about this idea that I have because I don't have many followers and don't get much input- you don't have to respond if you don't want to I'm just asking for an opinion<3

ok I decided to write a story where one of the characers is a slenderman, and in my story he is a side character of sorts and not really a bad guy- I just like the idea of slender man and I didn't want to use a generic monster like a werewolf or a vampire or whatever that could just as easly fill the roll- I just want to know if you think that's a good idea or not before I get too far into my story...

Your story pitch is kind of short. I'd love to give my opinion when you've fleshed out your idea just a bit more.
so your character is slenderman. What world does he live in, what are his goals, motivations problems...

Feel free to post a more elaborate pitch and i'll get back to you when i can.

Ok
Basically Sargent Blanc is sent out to investigate some unknown phenomenon in a cave with an experimental peace of equipment called N.U.B.Y. At the same time though a slenderman is in the cave also investigating what's going on in the cave, after an incedent with some unknown artifact in the cave causing the anomaly that the slender man gets reverted to his previous being ie a human, N.U.B.Y goes offline( which is never supposed to happen) and a misterious kid has appeared from nowhere with serious burns up his arm. And now Sargent Blanc has to figure out what's going on and why this NAACP incorporation wants with not only the "victims" but also with him.
Also right now I'm trying to decide wrather this story should take place in the states or somewhere else... And all the names are still up in the air... Thanks for your time

Hi sorry for the slow replies, i was moving house and had to work in between packing and painting and stuff.

I think you've got a nice combination of mysteries here and a good cast of characters. It's certainly peaking my interest. The characters especially, what's this kid doing here? does he even know who he is? Was this slenderman type of guy a human before he became a slenderman? or is being a human new to him? I think you just need something to make Blanc interesting as well, but keep him on the "normal" side, so your audience can relate to him.
