Yeah, he has autism in a Zootopia fanfiction he's a major character of, "In Darkness I Hide." In his backstory and other stories he has a milder form of it, such as Asperger's, but it's much more pronounced in that specific fanfiction.
As for other instruments, he's adept at playing both piano and percussion, and percussion can range from a standard drum kit to various instruments he has to perform in an orchestra.
