Oh God, those big mouthed hornheads are really annoying. I love dispatching them with the BFG 9000.

I prefer the Arachnotrons cuz they sound cute to me. Unlike their big mama Spider Mastermind.

I used to brown my pants when I encountered the Cyberdemon in level 7. Heck, I had to let my brother go ahead and kill him for me. Sometimes, I even let the Hell Barons horde take care of him. He kills them most of the time, then teleports to the room where you have all the doors, and kills me.

Now, however, I could take on a dozen of them, while being provided with BFG 9000 ammo, of course.XD

To challenge myself every time I played "Tower of Babel", I always beat the Cyberdemon to death. Wasn't hard, but it was time consuming.

That's the debut of the Cyberdemon in the entire Doom Franchise. It's E2M8 in first Doom.

Depending on what you mean by difficult. There is three maps I can think of that caused me trouble. Two of them are difficult only because they're populated by only Chaingunners, but that isn't really difficult as it is cheap and there is one map populated by Cacodemons which is one LONG LONG LONG LONG map and filled with over 400 of these things on UV.
