Are you sure you are using the right tool? ( the shortcut to the crop tool is-----> c )
And after you crop something, make sure you press enter to confirm the cropping command

Yes by simply pressing 'c' on your keyboard, it would open the cropping tool

Wait so it shows you multiple options when you try to crop? What does it say specifically?

im gussing it
clear pixic
upper left pixic
lower rigth pixic
under the heading basic

then below that the heading is crop off
the 4 option
top(t) left(l)
bottom(b) rigth(r)

Hrmm, I don't ever recall seeing that when I cropped something :/
I know your photoshop is not in english but if you send me a print-screen I could possibly be more helpful? Just post the screen shot on facebook and I will see what I can do.
