In the Nintendo Pokemon games, the "Psychic..." characters that are sometimes encountered as battle opponents make that sound. I think it's meant to be a crazy laugh or something.

Oh Doran, I have spent all night trying to get a Reading ticket.
At first, I saw Sat tickets were sold out so I thought 'what a shame, I'll just have to go for the entire weekend.' But then the form wouldn't work. And then I rang up. And they're all sold out.
I am actually going to London to the Mean Fiddler office to get one tomorrow. I hope it works.
Do you know if they might still have 'em? Also, is it true that they release more in May?! The website is confusing and rubbish.
