DA is so huge that it can be difficult to find things, if you enjoy yourself in my gallery then cheers! Unfortunately I have a bad habit of not finishing stuff. Be wary of that, but enjoy what's there.

I am pretty bad for that myself. I have a number of stories with only the first chapter posted lol.

I find a new idea always comes up and is more interesting so I jump on that. 

Which is good for my creativity, but bad if your a reader waiting for the next part of the story.

Yeah, that's the dilemma sometimes. It's hard to figure out where to go next on a story that doesn't have a clear-cut plot. A lot of my fan-faves are like that. I had a great idea, got off to a good start, but couldn't figure out where to go with it after a bit.

I know exactly what you mean. But the way I see it is I could spend alot of time working on a sequel to one of my more popular stories, and sure I would make some people happy.

But I wouldn't enjoy it, it would feel like work.

I would rather write or draw what I feel like, and if people enjoy it then that's an added benefit.

Exactly, that's the point really is to do the artz for my own enjoyment, and if my fans like it, awesome. I'm not here JUST to cater to my fans. I really like my fans, but they have to remain fans despite me.

Agreed. I'm not a pro, so I don't NEED to cater to my audience. I can understand the desire to get the fan love, but I"m not going to alter myself and my product to do so. I really don't want this to become a job. A job that I hate.

Depends on what you're trying to get from the story. Personally I like leaving a lot up to the reader to figure out. I fill in the sensory stuff, the plot, add the characters, etc but I let the reader imagine what happens from there.

See I love that. It leaves no one upset or disappointed that the author had a different take on it then they did. Although sometimes writing what happens next can be very fun .
