Well, to be fair, it hasn't taken me months to get that far; I went on an unexpected 'life got in the way' hiatus, and have only been back for a little over a week.
If you keep plugging away at your webcomic, I'm sure your popularity will exceed mine someday. It's a sad but true fact that visual arts tend to smoke the written word on dA.
