Whoo, that's a tough one. If you're up close enough, you could try to pencil in some of the texture, but that isn't always the case. I guess my best advice would be to pay attention to how the light is hitting the denim in question; light reflects off heavier fabrics differently, so you may be able to communicate denim just by your shading.Β
