In a nutshell, SHODAN takes Elizabeth under her control over Tears to rule the multiverse, and starts by pretending to be an "Archangel" as an android to trick Zachary Hale Comstock. I've been meaning to draw her in that form but never found the time. She takes other forms in alternate timelines as well, like the typical Chinese Fan-hair style in a Half-Life 2 AU, and controlling this creature in the horror game SOMA. vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/s…

Interesting premise, and looks like characters with some potential - particularly the guy who grew up hating the adoration of S'jet. If I'm not mistaken, it's the same guy who gets turned into a wirehead at the end? (I wonder where his consent figured into the equation. As good for the story as that twist is, it feels somehow wrong - he has to agree to it first or there's no use for a wirehead, because a wirehead who doesn't want to be one sure isn't going to do anything.)

You might have better luck with the classic Homeworld manual's PDFs. Those should be available online, and are pretty much recognized as canon, except Remastered did some jiggery with the whole Far Jump Core thing when they took their pass at it. But the history behind S'jet and her neural-interface tech is in there, and that is more what you need. Hope that helps!

What would SHODAN and GLaDOS think of AM from "I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream"? I'd think they'd be unnerved at least, because if SHODAN is darker and more dangerous than GLaDOS then AM is darker and more dangerous than SHODAN.

I could probably see GLaDOS putting up a brave face at first, then as soon as she's got a good excuse to, she'll go hide behind SHODAN. Who would much rather be elsewhere too.

And I'm guessing that SHODAN would do somewhat better at hiding her discomfort at interacting with AM. He is a seriously messed-up AI. He makes both SHODAN and GLaDOS look sane in comparison. Though to be fair I don't think AM would mind being around the two of them. After all he makes it pretty clear that he hates humans. I wonder what'd he'd think of fellow AI. Though your character should stay the hell away from him. Did you know that Harlan Ellison personally voiced him for the video game?

Who better to breath life into a character than the actual author himself? Needless to say I haven't played it myself, but from what I can tell Ellison was absolutely perfect for AM. I'm guessing that the humanized AM should look something like Ellison because of that.

He created AM and gave him a voice. That would deeply associate Ellison with his creation. I'm guessing that AM would wear a military uniform, considering how he was supposed to be the supreme AI commander of the Allied forces. And I also imagine that he'd have a throne not unlike the monolithic form he had in the game, similar to how you drew GLaDOS with a throne resembling her in-game form. I can just picture him sneering at his captives from atop his throne.

Unfortunately the last computer crash 2 years ago wiped them out. I did have a general outline of where to take the story so if I ever decide to pick it up, I could probably pretty much pick up where left off. Except it's been five...uh, six years actually, and my writing style has changed somewhat. So I'm doubting I'll do that, but rather attempt an originalverse remix. We shall see.
However, I believe they're still archived in the deep depths of the RelicNews Forums' Studio, so if you go set your post viewing parameters to like, all time, they should pop up on the Studio.
