It's one of my drawings that I shrunk, then reversed on alternating frames. The shining Pokéball was just a couple white pixels being moved side to side. I made it in GIMP, a free drawing and editing program. Hope that helps.

I've been awesome, starting a game dev team, game community/clan/guild and going to start on a animation once I find decent artists that work for free

Just don't count on finding such artists quickly, nor having consistent input from them. If it's free, they're probably only doing it during their free time when they're bored. :/

It'd be nice if we had item capsules like Pokéballs/DBZ's Capsule Corp. capsules irl. It would also explain why trainers have such tiny backpacks, and yet can survive in the wild alone. XD
