Because there's hundreds of teenagers with ghost powers Danny, Misty and other OCs. And there's only 1 adult with ghost powers and that's Vlad.

Because you are not the first person I have shown him to, and the others state how they look forward to seeing how I develop him in Casper High. There was actually a blind kid that went to my school for a few months (not blackout blind like William but blind enough to need the white cane) and he did pretty well... until his family learned there was an actual school for the blind three hours away.
