oh I see for hair I sometimes use this tutorial [link] this girl's so amazing at traditional art, but I think it can be of some use for digital, for hair, u have to group it into parts, I think u have a good eye for where to darken the hair, uhm u should concentrate however on highlights and overlapping, for my own style I have a grouping of hair and then I just go from both edges of the grouping and let it meet in the centre part, so I'd go from a really dark color(where i press my pencil hard) to a light color that almost looks like it's fading(where I give a lighter touch to the pencil) to give it a highlight effect, but at the same time it's better not to leave the centre part with no colour, so for digital, I think u should use muktiple colours (like for ex, a light blue, blue and a dark blue) with a thin font. For my "Coloured Collection" I made an anime character looksemi-realistic so I didn't use a reference... which is why it's not as detailed.. So I'm gonna use an artwork from one of my other fav traditional artist as an example [link] here u can see that they put the highlights mostly around the forehead and they also overlap hair too^^
Tell me if u got that or want me to explain more^^
For eyes...ur eyes are honestly good, like really good, so it's kinda hard for me to help u there... hmmm maybe darken a bit more on the top part of the eye....uhmmm maybe put more shading to make it look more 3-d ish (tho ur pretty good at that which is why it's difficult to help) so like maybe make it more like a ball or sphere(not in the actual drawing, just image it, then draw where u think shadings are needed~

Do u use refrences when u draw? :3
