Ok BTW his weapon I'd a a PKM, it also Transforms into two halfd to make a Hardlight shield like the Halo 4 armor ability and a Hardlight sword that's like a Roman Gladius And hid armor is base black with red detail

Well Raku is my OCs undercover name out in the world his real name is Frederick and let's just say sense he could walk he was trained in private how to be a huntsmen by Ironwood himself and basically hus training is on level with a US Marine Force Recon. He can dish out pain on any level and is a master of blending in. But felt that Ironwoods ideas of safe was rather hurting Atlas in all aspects so he left to Ozbins inner circle as a very young boy. Till now. But due to who he is he (like Qrow) Drinks because he'd depressed he has little to no social skills in the civilian world amd people look at him so harshly that he felt like he can never have the dream of having a family of his own due to a lack of love and parental figures in his life.

the tribe is exactly what i was thinking of.  I was thinking she left because the tribe threatened to kill her family if she didn't come back to be leader.  So Jake gets Raku after finding this out and tracks down and wipes out the entire tribe except Raven so she could return.

But Because of something Raven lashes out on them Claiming they killed her one true family and any ties outside the tribe was considered a weakness. She seems like she's based off a dark lord of the Sith if you ever read there code. She sure as hell like raiding and destroying villages and no has a distane hate for having to save her daughter from Neo. But alas. Maybe due to this battle When she lashes oit she managed to knock off Raku (aka Frederick) and brought her sword down on him on his face however he managed to get aka way but now has a cut on his eye lid that is now a scare like the one Weiss has. Then he afterwards hed take on more missions from Ozbin and try to get a love life but all ending up breaking him more to where he drinks like Qrow amd has low self confidence that he'll ever have a family of his own. Wait Can he try to turn Cinder ti a good guy amd get shipped?

when the tribe gets wiped out raven isn't there.  as for cinder well spoiler.  she's meant to be dead as pyrrah lives.  but i was considering making it so she lived.  I liked to make it so when the tribe gets wiped out jake and raku find evidence that it was the tribe who killed summer giving raven even more reason to go home.

Also his semblance if based off of the Void abilities from Destiny 2 more specifically the sentinel but can also use nova bomb and Night stalker bow and arrows of void energy

emerald is shipped already.  canon characters already shipped = ren, nora, pyrrah, jaune, emerald, blake, weiss, and yang.  canon characters planned to be shipped = ruby, neo(been considering), oscar(recently considered), and winter.  characters considered to bring back from death = roman, penny, and cinder.  dead canon characters = adam.  characters that need to die = tyrian and jaques schnee.  SPOILERS.....characters brought back from death = pyrrah and summer.

Oh ok this will be a emotional journey with the small snipets of my OC. I can just imagine people asking after the one or two cameos. What came of this guy's similar to Qrow who drinks because of how depressed or how bad he's hurting inside yet his it so well underneath a mask that whatever he puts up. Well time to start depressing Readers woth a character like Qrow only to have a sadder life amd sadder ending which is more likely to have him sacrifice himself for the greater good yet no one in the story except Jake, Ozbin, and Qrow know him personally. So in reality only four to none people will ever know he exists and far few know him enough to be worthy of going to his funeral
