Please note that you have been reported for theft of art. Merely removing the stolen image from the featured section does not mean it has been removed. You must remove it from the website entirely.
The fact that you are offering prints of the stolen image is even worse, making money off it is very definitely illegal.

i'm freakin new how many times do i have to say that! i'm sorry ok, i barley get on at all! i'll try harder ok! i only got this so then i could talk to a friend, but i didnt find her. i'm thinking about deleting it becuase of hate mail, and i'm not mad at you, i'm really not. it's jsut getting on my last nerve that i keep on thinking i've deleted it. then a few weeks later i find hate mail!

If you truly haven't been online, then I understand your getting angry. I just know that claiming to not know is a common tactic people use, but in your case I believe you honestly were not trying to cause trouble. I don't think you need to remove your account, you can start fresh now.
If, now that you no longer have any images in your gallery that could be considered wrongly uploaded, you continue to receive hate-based messages, you should report those messages as harassment, because continuing to bother you now that you are no longer breaking rules is just plain mean.

thank GOD sombody finally understands. and i'm not the kind of person to report becuase, i'm afriad that if i do report someone then they'll say they did nothing wrong then i'll be the one to blame. i just dont want to get anyone mad at me. but it's to late now i guess. if i see someone breaking the rules, i wont report them. because i always think, "what if they're new", "maybe they didnt know". i'm just not the person to report people.

I do report people, because being new is not excuse, but I'm the type that believes in more than one chance, and if somebody breaks the rules because they're new/didn't know better/whatever I feel they deserve to start fresh once they've understood there was a problem. I think the reason people give so much hate, though, is because we see so many people who refuse to learn even when presented with the rules. :< It's clear that's not your problem, you just honestly didn't know better.
And don't be afraid to report--if the staff decides there was nothing wrong, you won't get in any trouble for it. I've had them decided there was nothing wrong with something I reported. And they don't need to know who reported them, they won't get mad at you if you don't say anything to them. Many people report silently.

at least you understand, i met sombody simular to you and they understood too, and now she's my friend. meybe me and you can be friends too.
i'm just not the person to report. so many things have gone wrong because of me, and somtimes other people say it wasnt my fault, even though i still blame myself for it. it's jsut that, somthing scard me for life 4 years ago, and now i'm scared to have a best friend. my therapist said i need to tell more people so if you want, i can tell you what happened. i've only told 5 people at school, and then my therapist said i need to post it on a site called "quizilla" i did, and all i got was a 5 star review on it becuase of the detail. i didnt feel any better. but a friend on there understood what i was going thru. sorry this is so long. i just get lost when i'm saying stuff like this.

Deviant Art is not a photobucket, in fact that's against the rules. So could you please take the dragon picture down? The original artist did not give permission, and in such that makes it a stolen piece.

They don't really follow it because nobody cares. I mean, nobody assumes whatever's in your PB is your work, and they only take stuff down if they have legal action about to come down on their heads, because they know that absolutely nobody gives a damn about their site.
