i loaded some good motivational posters a long time ago, damn copyright caused me to remove them.(T__T)

i want to put them into a slide show and make a video for YouTube, but my movie maker is not working.

and i cant risk that someone steal the ideas that i draw and use them for their own personal profit.

it would be more fitting if the author of the piece compained to me,

i contacted an admin directly on live chat to know if my poster where against the rules, he said "i cant help you blahblahblah contact these people blahblahblah" then passed the hot potatoe, rules exist, but only people apply them, if they dont apply the rules to me, then i wont complain! *trollface*

So you are posting images that are not yours? Unless you painted/made it yourself or have express written permission from the original artist, the deviation in question has to come down.

its complicated, but i will only listen to an admin, and i already requested for one incase sirzeke's did did not arrive, i do not want in my conscience the thought that i listened to trolls that have no authority in DA, so yeah its complicated XD

Whether or not the people who originally informed you have authority, the rules are clearly stated on the site FAQs. You can look them up yourself and see that they are, in fact, telling the truth. Plus, it's somewhat obvious that you should only post art that is yours on an art site.
