I even love the goofy smile on her face in the second one. And of course I even love the goofy grin on Pennywise's face to. Pennywise the IT Clown from IT. You're not much into him either I guess.

Yep, and I can tell judging by her facial expression. Just suspicious I guess. She can tell it's Sailor Moon herself standing in there in that sewer pit. Only the hair is red because 1990's Pennywise had red hair...uncomparing to orange hair from 2017's Pennywise. But Sailor Moon's hair is still at least shaped the way we recognize it. And if you look at her teeth being sharp and spiky like the ones from a shark, she wants to eat Sailor Mini-Moon just like Pennywise did to Georgie in both 1990 and 2017's films. Or did she show the teeth just to scare her after some of the bad things Sailor Mini-Moon did to Sailor Moon well enough that Sailor Moon wanted revenge on Sailor Mini-Moon so that she would stay away from her? So I'm not sure how she got her S.S. Chibi-Usa paper boat back. At least it's possible she doesn't like balloons. But I just like to see other people's opinions so I could think about them well enough to see other prospectives on that funny sketch.

I'd imagine that they both saw the movie and Usagi's trying to play tricks on Chibiusa because she got on her nerves one too many times, and Chibiusa might have been scared at first, but she saw through her pretty quickly.

That could be possible, but just like Georgie, she played with her paper boat until it fell in the pit and I wonder how Chibi-Usa would be able to fit through the hole behind the grate to get in the pit if she tries to reach for her boat. And maybe watching the IT movie gave Usagi an idea to get back at her for doing things that upsetted her by scaring her away but that didn't work. And if you look at Usagi's head close enough, she keeps her tiara, her feather pins, her round red bun jewels, and her normal hairstyle, but I can see why anyone would think she dyed her hair red rather than be born with red hair. And just like the tiara, the boat and balloon also each have a moon crescent. But instead of a white leotard with a blue skirt, two red bows, and two red boots, it's a yellow jumpsuit with orange buttons, a funny white, purple, and blue large wavy collar, and an open jacket with multiple dark colors just like 1990's Pennywise. So it's hard to tell whether Chibi-Usa would have gotten her boat back or not in your opinion.

If Chibiusa new it was Usagi, she probably wouldn't care... she'd claim to be the bigger and more mature person and walk away without her boat just to irritate Usagi more.

I think Chibi-Usa knew it was Usagi judging by her suspicious expression on her face. Does "irritate" mean "annoy?" Sorry, I never heard that word very much. However, I was sure that while watching Sailor Moon, there were scenes where they both made up to each other eventually. In that case, Usagi could have then given Chibi-Usa's boat back even if she made a new one as a replacement.
