anyway, i have something to contribute to our cooking day! my mum made this lovely salsa last night for dins and it was basically just diced avocado, tomato, peppers, some cilantro and other salsa-y goods. it's not mushy like baby food, and it's amazing. so i'm going to make it for you one day!~
