Haha had my first exam today - well, my music recital. 12 minutes of playing in front of an examiner and a recording machine, then 5 minutes of questions on one of the pieces O_o i've never made up so much shizz in my life. worst thing is, he asked me to point out an example in the music when i stupidly mentioned that Debussy liked using modes. And in this piece, i swear, there were NO examples.
so i picked a bar at random that had a flat in it and went "THERE!"

Anyway. yes. study leave begins 21st May, which is also a music listening exam. Not long to go!
