# About me
Hello to all my Deviant family, friends, and new comers.The names (Colin) Growing up I've always been fascinated with photography. Anything to do with it as a child, I ran all over my neighborhood taking photos of anything that seemed exciting to me. From there growing up, I self taught myself by reading books and more. No I’m not a professional photographer, but I’ve taken courses, and I loved it. I did of course have a blast with the courses and my classmates. Around that time I noticed my knowledge grew in photography. I learned as much as I could. I’m here on DA to further myself further my knowledge and further my photography. A few years before I became a member of DA, I met someone special in my life that has made a major affect in my life and my photography my Knowledge as well. Now I take photos like never before. I like to think of myself as an Experimental and Nature Photographer. And I owe it all to my best friend, my one true love, that’s my lovely wife.

The last ten years have been pretty Ef'd up but I try everyday to get better and do better. Everyday is a struggle but damned if I'm giving up. I only wish you the best wishes and positive vibrations for you and your family my friend!

I am here but time is such a tyrant. I'm trying to evolve my art using digital and photoshop to re-create or re-envision my abstract-surreal collages and drawings. I have a ton of photos just haven't gotten around to posting them. Can't wit to see some new art from you. Thanks as always and Happy New Year!

I completely understand. I know I said the other day I had some to photos to post, but that never took place got stuck at work all night. and had the day off today to spend with my wife. George, I know I have said it before and I continue saying it. Your work is the best. I AM sorry I have not added anything a little over 2 years. I guess you can say I have hit a dark spot in my life and I was having problems with it. I have gotten back on track thanks to my good friend my wife. Now soon I will upload photos like I did when i first started. Its just taking a while for me to do so. Moving was probably the best thing we did. We are now in Athens Ga. I decided to move back to GA, an hour from my home town. I promise I'LL have some photos up soon

As always your very welcome George. I know I have not been on in quite awhile. but thing have hectic crazy around here for quite some time now. Having a lot of truck problems and having issues at work. I don't work at my local pharmacist store anymore, i took a job at the pet store in the next town over. thats not working so well right now, so about to find another job soon. we moved from our condo at sugar mt. to a nicer 2 bedroom apt its a little more with rent but we get by. got to now the landlord very well to. Hope things are going well there.

I hear you Colin... Things are hectic crazy here too. Seems more so than ever. Always work is a big drain. And I'm so tired I don't always get on line. Need to get to work right now actually. sorry in been a few weeks, Motherboard had issue on my laptop. But now working fine. An up date on my work issue, now i am jobless, looking for work but on the bright side i might have an interview with Lowe's home improvement. Not sure when though. i got a call from them today. so i hope it works out.

Best luck with Lowe's! I haven't been on DA for a bout a week I've cad C-Diff Colitus and it relapsed plus home and work have been quite stressful. I think I'll post more pix today. Best luck Colin... your pal George!

Trust me I know about the Colitis. 2 of my family member have it. And me and my wife are still getting over colds that have been going on for about 3 weeks now. Got the job i talked about from my last chat. should start the end of this to Monday of next week. But other than that. stay safe stay warm and get better my friend. keep an eyeeeeee out in the next couple of day I'll be uploading a few photo's.

Thanks George, I know it's been quite some time since i have been on DA. but things happen. I have not picked up the camera in a little over 8 months. I have been way to busy at work and helping family. And working for the new land lord as well. Hope thing have been well for you my friend.

Nice to hear from you my first DA friend and fav-er! I'm mega-stressed by work and life but taking train pix and reading and family ("And DA family") keeps me going. Unfortunately in this society one needs money to survive and work takes precedence. I hope you will be able to get back into photography at some point and keep taking those incredible images. thanks George, I understand where you are coming from. It's not as easy as it was a few years ago. things have changed a lot. Headed to spruce pine tomorrow to have a little work done to the truck. I'll try and get some train photos, if there not running i know there is always one parked at the Depo down there. It the one they use for the lumber mill there in town to move the trailer with. So ill try. I have a bad rumble and squawk coming from the rear of the truck. And I'm draining the rear diff. so i hope that is the problem.
