I use a Wacom Intous 4 and I use Paint Tool SAI.  ^^"

Oh if you use Paint tool Sai, how do you make the Images transparent? I've been trying to figure this out for a while now.

You should be able to save it as a .png and then choose "32bpp ARGB (each pixel have opacity) after saving it.
