The pictures are pretty and have good perspective, the poem is well-written.

I personally liked Argo and Loo the best out of all of those, I'm kind of surprised Within caught your eye. I personally think Restraint needed some fine tuning here and there.

No, the anti-SJW ones being somewhat seeming to encompass all women who feel they are equal to men. They are not my preference.Β

that's fine, but I want to clarify that I'm just regarding the kinds of feminist types who think they are SUPERIOR to men, but want to dress it up like as if they want to be equal to them. I'm perfectly fine with women wanting to 'be equal' to men, just not when it blinds them of the facts and the truth. I'm all for feminism needed in places like China or the middle east, but in terms of the western world and in europe, they are irrelevant.

Feminism actually is still needed here, believe it or not.

how so? What rights do women have that men don't? What about in regards to divorce settlements, custody of child, and jail sentences?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Ciao-Arrivederci In reply to Somethingguy912 [2016-02-22 23:07:15 +0000 UTC]

A lot of people still think raping a woman is ok, for instance.Β

I don't know anything about those things, as those are up to the judge. Some judges are biased one way or the other, some aren't.Β

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Somethingguy912 In reply to Ciao-Arrivederci [2016-02-23 01:02:58 +0000 UTC]

citation, please?

I don't think it's a matter of whether the Judge is biased or not, more if the decision and the sentence was accurate according to the evidence presented. IE, Judge ruling that Mattress Girl wasn't raped was indeed a fair judgment, considering that it is entirely based on accusation and hearsay.

Once again, The middle east and places like china are where you are actually going to hear people 'encouraging' rape on women, not some third party trolls on the internet from the west.

Also, what about divorce custody settlements, jail sentences, and custody of children? Who do you think has an advantage in those areas?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Ciao-Arrivederci In reply to Somethingguy912 [2016-03-15 01:56:10 +0000 UTC]

For the custody, it often has to do with quality of life, what the quality of life for the child would be. For jail sentences, gender has no bias unless the specific people have such biases. It's just like with color; if the people have no biases, it won't be biased; if they do, it will be.

Also, this is something you need to read:

Men serve 100% of the jail sentence while Women will serve, on average, 50% of the jail sentence time for the SAME EXACT CRIME ON THE SAME EXACT GROUNDS. And just because some people have bias' about other people doesn't mean that hinges on a society that institutionalizes 'bias'. Also, as for your article link, it's the same peddling nonsense that any ideologue uses. We are all born with original sin, nobody knows it, so why do people discredit other people claiming original sin? It hinges on the same exact structure, except instead of original sin, it's original privilege, the patriarchy, whatever. Once again, I must stress that I'm not going to automatically 'listen and believe' any woman who makes some crazy claim like 'we live in a rape culture' or 'rape jokes are offensive to women, therefore you have to police other people making jokes like some hateful bigot because it offends me!', but i'm also not going to automatically discredit a woman who may legitimately have been harassed or raped, it is merely just that you have these culture of people who have trivialized these words that you have anita sarkeesian saying 'everything is sexist', therefore making the term sexist innocuous as a more specific term that shouldn't be used lightly ,rather than this blanket statement with no scruples to stand on.

Anyway, thanks for faving Dollhouse and Cardinal. Dollhouse personally was my favorite shot from that particular run.

So you come at me with this. Almost 6 months since my reply and you give me a article of women 'filtering' out their 'experiences' in life on the internet, with more of the presumption that the patriarchy rules all DESPITE that Hillary is trying to run for president, more women are in college AND all the other things I mentioned prior to your response, of which THEY POINT OUT in that very same article? Do you realize that if these women TRULY were groped, harassed, or sexually assaulted, that they could call the cops, right? It's not like the cops are going to be like 'nah, you're a woman, I'm going to completely dismiss your case!', so I'm already smelling the bullshit that these women are airing out, because they have the power and resources to put those 'gropers' to justice, but what it sounds like to me is that they define groping, harassment and sexual assault in the very feminist lens of the definition, and they know that fee fees don't fucking work in a court case when it comes to the presumption of being assaulted, and therefore, their ideology has ironically removed their agency to deal with these issues in favor of complaining on the internet. Instead of actively solving those 'problems' of theirs, they chose the most childish and backwards ass route. I could just as easily use this hashtag and say that I was robbed in my home by a guy in a clown suit without any evidence, just so I can get that emotional gratification that I'm SURE these other feminists are using.

What does this have to do with any of the points I made prior? People have gotten harassed, sure, I'm not going to deny that, but these emotional confirmation bias' aren't evidence for a huge systemic case of oppression of women. I could make the argument that we are under oppression of being murdered, because I can grab all these individual cases of people dying and not have to give a damn about the context of the situation, because the principal is the only thing I need to make the case for it. I don't have to put out any tangential consistency with these murders, I can just grab a plain, straightforward statistic and infer my own bias' about these experiences to suit my presumption. Unless ALL OF THESE women have been groped or harassed in the very same way in the very same time, all you are giving me are individual cases where women have been harassed. Principal doesn't incite a collective cohort attempt of oppressing women somehow.

But nevertheless, thanks for faving Lieability, Presbyterian, and Indoor Goals. You must been busy with shit as of late, since I haven't seen you as active as before. Or maybe it's the obvious ideological slide that has grated you, I'm not sure.

Usually you don't go overboard, though sometimes you do with saturation or de-saturation, making it look not as good as if you hadn't done that.Β
