I hate to say it, but Beastiality, anywhere, IS illegal. It is the defamation of animals. I have met a guy who screwed his dog, and the dog liked it, I didn't turn him in because I felt bad for him, and he was a friend of a friend.
Personally, a while back I did think about screwin animals, but because I loved my animals, I chose not to. Cuddling and sleeping next to them is as close as I wanted to 'abuse' them. They always appreciated that.
