Elloz. So today I went to school and was in for a surprise when I went into the library to find one of my artworks on the wall. I am so happy :3 soooo happy. because the walls are reserved for like the best pieces by students. Anyway the picture is of a skeleton with a massive head he has ribs and some parts of his leg. He has lungs and a heart in the wrong place and in the background are dollar bills. I forgot to mention he is also wearing a top hat a monocle and his skull has a tattoo of a ninja turtle. All of it has been done in red and white. No other colours. Two friends helped me with it. I am still in shock it is there.

Heya!! Long time no speak. Hows life treating you? kindly I hope. Right now I am trying to learn this musik thing in a reaaaaaaly hot room and I am dying (an die musik by shoe boat i cannot spell his name Schubert maybe) . it is days like these I contemplate having short hair. Did I tell you I got myself a lovely kitten? his name is Alistair. little brown burmese boy. I also got a kitten for my brother for Chrisstmas. Sometimes I regret it because he panics when he cant find her and can be a bit annoying. Anywayz back to the original question! How are ya?

I've been pretty good overall, though I'm pretty drained after I got cut off from uni when I breifly visited home only to have cyclone Marsha bust in and flood tha roads preventing me from getting back. Thankfully I managed to a get a train back a little later but I couldn't take many things with me as I had gone home to collect a few things that were still getting shipped up from NSW.
I didn't know you had a kitten but now I'm super jealous >.< he sounds adorable and I'm sure he's a little angel despite him sharing the name of a villain in one of my novels. Good luck with the music though, the pain is definitely worth it to learn

KillDreamEata In reply to Chieko-san [2015-02-23 23:09:15 +0000 UTC]

Oooo what's the book? I like reading so do tell me please! and honestly that sucks the whole Marsha coming in a messing up the place. My friend was worried if she should be worried about that cyclone but we are lucky where we are. We are barely affected. there are a few floods but all fine besides that. In a few months I need to move out for a while. Builders are going to be coming in to fix the roof that was ruined during the hail storm. Buckets everywhere. The roof is being held together literally by tape. Once we get a new roof it will be so nice though. finally have a proper one that wont leak. Had to remove two lights from the house because water was leaking into them.
The music is really pretty. I am able to sing it easily but have a little difficulty remembering the notes. My mum thought she was being helpful when she went off and bought the book with the music in it and because she doesnt know anything about music got the alto instead of soprano. But I still use it because I like the translation in that book better then the other one I was using. I like that she wants to help but honestly I wish she wouldnt. it usually ends in failiur. My mum was very sporty like. she and her mum and granma were runners. And my sister. Then there is me coming last in every race. I was so happy when I started singing.

Everything is beautifull over here! I got this cute little game called Don't starve. It is so hard. And frustrating. Having to survive. On just berries carrots and sometimes didfferent types of meat. I dont like killing the lil bunnies. but it must be done or I will be deaded and I do need those rabbit earmuffs for the Winter. My goal was a winter hat and I got killed by the green pig man named nern or something. Annnnnnnnd I watched Laputa. In the end I was like nope! People don't die in Ghibli!!!

That sounds fun, shame about the little bunnies though. I haven't really been up to much except I just bought my first car and I'm so excited. I won't actually get to drive it though for a few months because my mum was the one who found the car, so right now its back in Queensland. In the meantime my little brother can use it I just hope he doesn't wreak my baby before I get a chance to drive it

I am going to go for my P's next year. For now all i can do is terrorise my driving instructor. Every time I drive home I park on the side of the road that has loads of trees. So when he gets out he can be one with nature. I'm helping him I swear. hehehe > and yea poor bunnies. They were hopping merrily along and saw a lovely carrot next to a twig holding up a basket and just went for it. then bam!!! He became my dinner. So like the amazingly smart person I am when I saw a treasure chest sitting next to a big themometre naturally I completely ignore the themometer and go for the chest. Big mistake. instantly became winter and I froze to death.

But anyway, I'm running a laundrette at the moment. Been in the family for years and it's my turn to run it like pro, before it gets passed on to the next youngling in line, probably a cousin or my little brother.

Ok I will be honest there have been a few times I have almost killed my driving instructor driving in front of trucks. Twice. Lucky he has his own set of pedals or I would not be able to type this. I am horrible at driving up hills if the car stops on a hill it takes me about ten minutes to get it going again because I'm in a manual. mums orders. Ordered to get the manual license cause easier that way. The whole once ya get the manual ya get the auto. b hjebbvhid manuals are evil!!!!!!

So I was playing some Saints Row because I was bored I have all three I don't have four, somehow I started one then got a little bored moved onto the next then was kicked out of the room so I moved onto three (this was in a week not a day the way I write it makes it sound like this all happened in a day) and I realized that they got rid of the Spanish accent D: I was mortified as you can imagine I loved that voice and I have always thought of my guy as a Spanish kind of guy now all I get is an American an Ausssie accent which I hear plenty of and another one that sounded weird like a dark skinned guy that is trying and failing yet somehow succeding at sounding like a rapper :/ So I am sad now

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Chieko-san In reply to KillDreamEata [2013-10-31 07:41:07 +0000 UTC]

I would be sad too. American accents are so boring since almost every game character has an American accent. Come on people, you need to break the mold just a little bit, where's your sense of adventure?!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

KillDreamEata In reply to Chieko-san [2013-10-31 11:49:59 +0000 UTC]

YES!!! Go Spanish and unusual accents!!! So what do you think of silent characters?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Chieko-san In reply to KillDreamEata [2013-10-31 20:50:57 +0000 UTC]

Silent characters can be pretty effective as they allow the player to feel more involved in the game, though they usually need another character to interact with otherwise the story might be lost. I believe the key to a good silent charcter is a good backing character.

KillDreamEata In reply to Chieko-san [2013-11-01 00:00:33 +0000 UTC]

Very true I like silent charaacters becasue when I have one that speaks I think at times I would never say that or I don't want to say that. So I prefer silent except when they are Spanish because I love the Spanish accent

Chieko-san In reply to KillDreamEata [2013-11-04 09:43:29 +0000 UTC]

Its so annoying when a character acts in a way or says something you wouldn't, it kind of shocks you out of the immersion experience. But there are games where you need this, since not all games are about being the character but more about helping them achieve their goal.

I had two days off cause I got sick but it's not too bad I guess I did start dragon age two. Saw one guy in called anders it and I thought well in this kind of game they stick you with someone in the end and if you don't try to get anyone then you have no idea who you will end up with so I decided on him because I did not feel like romancing a elf girl. A little while later I see an elf with white hair called fenris and I dumped the other guy in seconds xD

Chieko-san In reply to KillDreamEata [2013-10-12 08:33:47 +0000 UTC]

I know. I think it's because of how rare it is in real life for someone to have natural white hair when they're young. I remember there was this guy on X Factor, or at least I think it was X Factor, who had white hair. Declon or something, played the guitar, wore glasses. But when I saw his hair I immediately supported him. Can't resist a cute boy with white hair. I think the only other thing that would spark my interest would be unusual eyes, purple or gold eyes for example. I had a great aunt with gold eyes, coolest great aunt ever. ^_^ Its funny because I always wanted to go white early but then I realised I wouldn't be a redhead. The Horror!

I tried dying my hair silver once ... my hair turned purple :/ It was nice though xD funny too (really light purple only in a couple spots) I saw some of the people they have on Australia's got talent and I was horrified D: I saw two and was done :/ Do you know about beauty and the geek? (it's a show) the girls are so dumb it's funny xD

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Chieko-san In reply to KillDreamEata [2013-10-12 09:16:34 +0000 UTC]

I love Beauty and the Geek, especially the transformation episode when they give the geeks a makeover. Because not only do they make them look good but they also sort of counsel them so they feel good about themselves as well. But my goodness, some of those Beauties are so clueless, its almost unbelievable how dumb they are but thery're mostly kind hearted which is nice.

They should really call that show 'Australia has a some talent but mostly just a bunch of weirdos'. But I don't think that title would catch on.

Purple hair must have been a great conversation starter for a while. I've thought of dying my hair a few times but my Mum wouldn't have any of that. And I'm a bit worried I would mess it up big time. But If I was going to die it I think I would either want white or a really dark blue, like raven feathers. I guess I could always buy a wig if I feel like having some adventurous hair, otherwise my mum would attack me with a ton of shampoo to wash the die out XD

KillDreamEata In reply to Chieko-san [2013-10-12 10:06:29 +0000 UTC]

Some of the geeks still look terrible though in my opinion anyway. They always have one that they dress up as some badass guy but instead make him look silly :/

So I was enjoying bioshock a while ago (first one) and it was so creepy ;-; took me a week or more to finish it and it had a creepy ending. You can choose to save the little sisters or let them be harvested so you can rule the world or raise them as your own daughters. That is not the ending I am talking about I am talking about the seconds before that when you get slapped across the room by the last boss and the little girls come out of no where and start stabbing the boss to death with a needle O.O

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Chieko-san In reply to KillDreamEata [2013-10-12 10:44:53 +0000 UTC]

Yeah I don't really like it when they do that either when they don't take the Geeks personality into account when dressing them. Like you can't shave off a beard, find a cute and sweet guy underneath then dress him up in torn jeans and leather jackets. It just doesn't work like that, I know sometimes it does look good on them but you can't just look at the person on the outside but also the Geek on the inside.

I want to play Bioshock. I'll probably get the games after I graduate since I might actually manage to have a social life after school But I've heard a lot about it and my goodness those little sisters are creepy. If I had a little sister like that I would disown her without a second thought. Actually, I might not since she might needle me to death XD

They are creepy D: Some of the geeks you can tell are handsome even before the make over :/ the beauty's sometimes I don't think are really beautiful :/ I don't know if it is just me though and my taste.

That game was too short D: I remember this beautifully funny thing that happened at the right moment in the game and it was glorious!! Sander Cohen was walking down the stairs for the first time being all dramatic and then a big daddy decided to be on the stairs and was running around him and I could not help but laugh XD

Chieko-san In reply to KillDreamEata [2013-10-13 08:55:46 +0000 UTC]

After the first season of Beauty and the Geek I actually think they are purposely picking slightly more attractive Geeks than your average Geek. And yeah, the 'Beauties' just look so fake. I think they're looking for stereotypical beauties.

Sometimes its good to have Brilliant short games because it means they don't outstay their welcome and it makes it easier to avoid reusing the same material to fill up gameplay. Portal was one game that was absolutely brilliant but a little too short.

That is true (about both the games and beauty's) :/ I loved that game We have to read Romeo and Juliet for our school English thing the good thing about thst was the book I borrowed had a flip book thing in it I love those things!! It was adorable :3 I decided that since anything that isn't human always becomes human if it is popular enough for artist then someone will make it human so I looked up stitch human and surprisingly I didn't find all that much :/

Ah Romeo and Juliet, I remember the good old days of year ten when we had to do that. Not many people like Shakespeare which is sad because he's actually quite entertaining, but then again I am a bit of an English nerd

I reckon Stitch would look adorable as a human. Shame there's not too many pictures of him

KillDreamEata In reply to Chieko-san [2013-10-14 10:43:04 +0000 UTC]

I know I watched these guys perform Romeo and Juliet today and I thought it was just me but apparently alot of people had a hard time hearing them :/

Do you think Stitch would be a kid or an adult?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Chieko-san In reply to KillDreamEata [2013-10-14 11:07:03 +0000 UTC]

I think Stitch would be a kid or at most a young teen. He's a little too mischevious to be an adult. How do you invision him?

It's a shame those guys were too quiet. Have you already finished doing Shakespeare or are you still doing it?

Personally I think Shakespeare gives people a lot of opportunity to strut their stuff. I loved performing my Juliet monologue, I pulled out all the stops for it. Costume, dramatic pauses, not to mention fake tears (I literally started crying during one scene, take that drama student mwa ha ha haaa) but gotta love acting though. I seriously regret not doing drama Especially when I could pull off a bright purple dressing gown with orange skateboarding cats as a costume. In my character analyses I explained that the contrasting colours represented Juliets conflicting emotions. I doubt they've had many other performances like that yep not doing drama was a terrible decision but then again acting isn't my life's passion unlike art, so yeah, it's not too much of a loss. Ever thought of what you want to do in the future?
