A dying art, manners!

I don't think I am honestly, I don't have any friends on here. I acquired him in a pokemon group where someone said he wasn't part of an official collection and she needed to downsize. Thankfully handmade Pokemon items is part of my main collection so I had to pick him up!

Oh no they didn't sell it, only traded for things that I didn't need from my own collections that they collected. They refused to sell for money even though a lot of people were willing to pay a lot, so they certainly made sure not to break those rules for you. I have no idea where from sadly, it was a while ago and I don't keep track of where I get stuff. But she made sure to clarify the absolute only reason was she had to stick to one collection, and refused to get any amount of cash for it.
