Well, lack of sleep can mess with your immune system, you're more likely to get sick from viruses and lack of sleep can also slow your recovering time. So I would say yes-ish. You not be sleeping my boy?

I slept from 10;00pm to 6:30am but I was still suuuuper tired for some reason, I almost passed out in 2nd period and in gym (10th period) I was struggling to stay standing. It got to the point where
1. Pain didnt feel like pain it just felt like cold
And
2. I was so tired that i didnt feel tired at all, even though i knew i needed sleep
But now I'm very tired and I feel sick, I feel like i might have a slight fever but i can't sleep (pretty sure I have insomnia)
