Sometimes things happen for a reason, well all things happen for a reason actually (smile). But I think this thing that has left you with less trust can also be a good thing, it tells you how much you really do care about each other, perhaps you were both getting lazy, and had forgot that, maybe it's good to be reminded. Trust is not something you have to earn, you have to give it, to get it. Pessimism can end up destroying something that is worth having. Make a new resolution with each other and start fresh. Those who have nothing to hide, hide nothing. Those who have something to hide, hide everything. A committment might be needed to get back on track and enjoy what you have to offer each other. We all make our own personal heaven, yours is there if you make it happen.
