Yeah, but by the gods do I feel more your age than my own most the time. But that's what happens when you have multiple chronic illnesses sadly. Ah well, least I've finally found something that helps. One little herb can do so much good.

A good sucker satisfies them for me. My munchies seem to be flavor focused as opposed to hunger, so long as I got flavor, I'm good and won't stuff myself. I've lost about 30 pounds since.

I favor the sucralose sweetened ones myself, but then again I don't have insulin resistance so sucralose doesn't mess with my numbers, thankfully.

I was taken off my insulin and blood pressure, after the surgery.

Down 160 up 20. My wife started cooking again.

I don't want to be a human pin cushion again.

I am only supposed to have 1 1/2 cups of food a day.

I think I am up to 6 to 8 cups.

So I guess I have to cut back.
