uurrrghgham!! I hav not been able to sleep very well this entire week. Been waking up many times at night, I get several solid blocks but I can't stop thinking. Anybody have suggestions whether you've had this problem or not?? I havn't touched a video since this started...

i know we've talked about this briefly....we both had the same troubles, sleeping wise. my problem is i think to much before i go to bed so i cant unwind enough to fall asleep. between familyproblems and skool, my mind is like a hurricane of thoughts. i cant stop the tide of worries until well into the night and when i do finally fall asleep i wake myself up again because i suddenly remembered something or another nightmare jolted me awake. are you having nightmares? or you just simply cannot get your mind to calm down enough to sleep? one thing my mom has mentioned is go to bed early, not nessisarily to sleep but to unwind and let your body calm down. when you finally relax your body is ready to fall asleep. i cant help you much man. i have the same problems. maybe we should research together to see if we can like find tips or like tricks to help us get to sleep.
