the shots are really nice, i think the colour is very harsh but perhaps that was something you were trying to achieve with the shots, i think the contrast between more subtle lighting and these amazing images which express destruction, capturing something like that would be more polished in my opinion, it is cool that you're experimenting... i often try to do similar experiments myself with night photography.. long exposures and nature stuff, but i am limited at the moment due to resources... hope my comments help
