No problem-o!
Your photos are amazing, and so are your cute little dolls. I'm envious!

Aww, thank you! I've just had time to get settled in and find my style. My first doll photos were... not great. Your doll is adorable (her pouty lips are so cute) and pretty soon you'll learn the angles and styles you like best. Good luck!

Ugh - if I can make decent clothing for her would be a start! I'm too scared to remove the plastic she's wrapped in underneath her clothing because I don't have any other clothes for her right now - I'm not risking her skin staining black!
My mom is supposed to help me learn how to sew some dresses for her - if I make something cute enough, perhaps I will leave my comfort zone one day and take off the plastic. Just that she was so expensive I'm nervous about it, and she was a present from my boyfriend.. :3

I don't blame you; I've had a little staining happen to my dolls, and it's not fun. But a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser will take off light staining, if it does happen. (It'll also take off faceups and body blushing, though, so don't use it on those areas.)
Oh, nice! It's such a great feeling when you've made something pretty for your doll. And aww, what a sweetie! I'm a little jealous.
I'm all for accident prevention, but if something does eventually happen to her, it's not necessarily the end of the world; there are ways to fix all kinds of problems. The BJD forum Den of Angels (for all its faults) has a lot of very helpful information about things like resin staining and clothing patterns, among other things.

Thank you! I appreciate your feedback.
When I first took her out of the plastic only a couple of days ago (I was way too nervous to do it but finally did once I got a barbie dress from my niece that kind of fits, haha) there was some black on her arms underneath the plastic. I was freaking out! It made me really angry but thankfully just a little water and a gentle rub and it came right off.
I'm going to have to soak the clothes in the 1/2 white vinegar 1/2 water solution soon so I can do a photo shoot with her in them! Unfortunately it's winter and it's been disgusting and dark out (which is ironically my favorite weather) but it is awful for pictures and no way am I taking her outside when it's wet out!
I know - I'd also feel less paranoid about it if I had bought her myself, but it was a gift to me which makes it worse, lol.

Oh dear! I'm glad it came off easily. >.<
The vinegar solution is a good idea; that should coax some of the extra dye out. And I know, right? The weather here is not conducive to photography, either. Try to find a day when it's cloudy but light out; that's the best light, in my opinion. And water shouldn't hurt her resin or faceup, but soaking her would hurt the elastic. (It could also make the dye on her dress run; that would be my biggest concern.)
Ooh, that would make me nervous, too... >.< But I'm sure he'll be touched by how careful you are with her.
