whaaat! Do you use GST now or do you have your own way of starting your images off?

Gesture structure technique when when you begin with shallow "action" lines to mark out where the legs,arms ect will be bent and pointing toward, then you do the structure outside to put the outlining and "Size" or should I say the "STRUCTURE" of the drawing in, then Technique is adding clothes, details,belts and such in as well as nails,eyes n stuff like that.

Its a way of going from Big/Simple to small and complex in that order, pieces together the images nicely ready to be shaded and colored. I aint actually produced a full drawing/sketch of a character yet - Im still practicing Structure. But I can tell all ready it works amazingly

Ahh I guess its the same sorta system to drawing, just a different method of doing it

I think Im gonna begin with drawing Chibi's first since theyre like smaller and simplified down versions of the main characters XD

i went the opposite way...i got the hang of the serious stuff...then i moved to chibi, then went to a state in between, and then to now XD

Im gonna learn to do small animals and chibi's, then move onto full size characters with weapons and such.

And thanks for the compliments, They re my only two actual sketching attempts Ive only been drawing a few weeks now so Im still learning the basics. Few of my mates from college are expecting good things aswell, I just hope it doesn't turn out to be a flop haha! Im sure with the patience and practice Im willing to put in it won't be though

Yeah haha - Im buying a Wacom Cintiq 12WX within 2 months time, Just getting the funds together to buy O.O 650£ for a tablet isnt cheap! cant wait for it hehe ^_^

Then CS and paint X on top, talking nearly a grand I need
